The main structural castings such as the base, saddle, worktable, column,and spindle box are made of high-grade cast iron and undergo secondary annealing treatment to ensure high rigidity and stability of the structure.

Alarge-span base effectively disperses gravity and processing load, optimizing the force line for heavier workpieces.

 

Taking the topology analysis of the base as an example, we consider the strength ofthe saddle and workbench at different positions under the effect of gravity, achieving a high rigidity value without dead angles within the travel range.

Add the condition of the center of gravity and move the front foot position inward: significantly increase the dynamic rigidity value of the base.
